To better assist you, a ticket must be created. All further communications are done outside LetUsBook between support email of LetUsBook and the email of the member kept in their profile. If you have not updated your profile with an Email, we suggest you do before creating a ticket.
In all the following communications, the subject line must start with the ticket number; the rest can be anything that is suitable to that particular instance of the communication.
Once the resolution is made, the ticket will be closed.
LetUsBook reserve has the right to publish the ticket information without the member details on our web site as part of our information sharing process.
