PlayDates - a unique program for children to have fun and food together

Covid-19 has undoubtedly worn out all of us. If you’re a parent, especially a working one, you’ve definitely felt its stressful impact on your personal as well as work life.  Having to juggle between keeping your kids and boss happy is quite the struggle and is understandably draining. However, we’ve come in to lend a helping hand!

LetUsRead has come up with a perfect way for your kids to escape the monotony of lockdowns and quarantines through a program called ‘PlayDates‘. PlayDates are essentially hangouts for your kids to mingle with other children at our library. They’ll be provided with food and fun -movies, video games, board games, books, and more! Children between the ages of 9 and 15 are welcome to PlayDates. Parents can leave their children with us while they having some quality time for themselves. Each play-date is limited to 5-10 kids and will last from 7 am to 7 pm.

Whether it is for yourself or for your kids, everyone deserves a day off, and we here at LetUsRead promise to make PlayDates as enjoyable as possible for kids. It’s the LetUsRead assurance!

We are planning to conduct this program regularly with ticket sales starting 10 days early and closing 3 days before the activity day.

Terms & conditions

Drop off and pick up time is between 7 AM and 7 PM. Drop off cannot be before 7 AM at any rate. If not picked up before 7 PM, a late stay charge of 100 rupees per hour or part thereof is charged.

Kids must wear masks all the time.

Parents are allowed to stay only for one hour or less after they drop off their children. When picking up, parents must pick the kids up as soon as they come.

One of the parents is allowed to stay for a charge of 350 rupees per day (including all the meals). 

The current fee of 500 rupees includes the following.

1. Morning breakfast served before 9 AM
2. Lunch served between 1 PM and 2 PM
3. Evening beverage and snacks served between 4 PM and 5 PM
4. Unlimited reading excluding Manga classics
5. Unlimited board games
6. Unlimited TV watching
7. One movie on the terrace theatre.

All the first-floor gaming facilities are based on pay-and-use. These facilities can be booked online or by calling us directly.

Children can bring their own food but there will not be any concession on the rates.

All the food must be consumed in the designated areas.

Booking must be done online through the LetUsBook app and after the booking, the member must answer the questionnaire linked to the booking by accessing 'My engagement bookings' from the LetUsBook member dashboard.
